Clear view fencing also called clear Vu fence , 358 Mesh Fence Or high security fence. It is the high invisible wall to protect your property, mostly used in the perimeters of areas that require a more secure fence, so here we list 10 benefits of clear view fencing as bellow:
1.Wire diameter
Wire diameter is the most important to the whole fence, we welded hundred of wires to made the whole fence panels.
So the clear view fencing has many horizontal and vertical wires to made one panel, that all the wires made by low carbon steel, the low carbon steel materials is soft and low strength, that is not good for weld, but after annealed(one kind of production process), that will be more strength and durable, and that is very good for weld of the fence panels.
Regarding to the clearview fence, we mostly use 3mm as horizontal wire, and 4mm as vertical wires, this design not only to make the fence panel more strong and security, but also make the fence cost effective. Because the horizontal wire need more, so if we use a little small wire diameter, that is also ok, then use 4mm stronger vertical wire to enhance the whole panel. That is very perfect design. So normally we called horizontal wire 3mm and vertical wire 4mm, that is standard for the high security clear Vu fence.
But if for the bigger aperture wire diameter, we will use one 4mm diameters, because the aperture size is big, we need enough strong wire to make the fence more strength.
2.Aperture/Mesh Opening
Aperture we also called mesh opening, or mesh size, or holes, that will make the fence invisible, it made the clear Vu fence strong enough but also security.
More people use the Clear View Fencing/perimeter fencing in South Africa, there are three types apertures of the perimeter security fencing:
Standard type aperture is 75mm wide x 50mm height, big aperture for low security fence , this aperture is more invisible but with lower cost.
Medium type aperture is 75mm wide x25mm height, medium aperture will be smaller aperture for medium security fence with a little higher cost .
Security type aperture is 76.2mm wide x12.7mm height, that is more smaller apertures and high security fence with anti-cut and anti-climb, high security clear view fencing is more best to protect your property, that cost maybe a little higher, but that cost is also effective with highest security.
More bigger aperture will be use less material, so the cost will be more cheaper. So if you want more cheaper price, we can recommend some types to you.
3.Post/pole
Post also called pole or pillars, that support each clear Vu fence panels to make one invisible wall.
Normally the clear view fencing use the square post/poles, that size is 60mmx60m, and the thickness is 2mm, we also can supply 75mmx75mm size poles, and the thickness is also 2mm. These square shape posts are more standard and economic to support the fence panels. You can make every 2.5 meters for one post, or 3 meters to make one posts, so the post distance will be more flexible, you can customized as your site or what you will be like.

4.More suitable connection for post and fence panels
The connections means use one clamps or flat bars to connect the post and fence panels then to make a high security wall.
There are two types connection for the clear view fencing, one is clear Vu fence spider clamps, and the other is358 mesh fence flat bar, but as for the clear Vu fence, we normally use the spider clamps, why we called “spider clamps”, because the clamps shape like spider, so we called spider clamps.
We supply anti-theft stainless steel bolts and nuts to installed the spider clamps or flat bars, that will be high security. Once the anti-theft stainless steel bolts installed, you can not install again, otherwise you broken them, but that will be more difficult to broken them. So that is more important.
5.With top spikes
Spikes also called military wall, that like shark tooth, when you touch that, your hand will be feel hurt, that will add more security on the clear Vu fence top.
Clear Vu fence also make top spikes. That likes”shark tooth” on top to make the fence more security, so you can put second guarantee to make high security for the clear Vu fencing. That will add some cost, but definitely will be more security.
6.The V bends for the clear Vu fence panels
V bend also called 3D curved, that made on the fence panels.
Clear Vu fence panel will make some V bends to enhance strength. And we also can called reinforcement ‘Kinks’, the reinforcement V bends numbers will depend on the fence height. The clear Vu fence standard height is 1.8 meters, there will be 3 V bends. If the height over 2 meters, that will be 4 V bends, the height can up to 6 meters. So there will be variety choice for you.

7. Surface finish of the Clear Vu Fencing
Surface finish also called surface treatment, that like our clothes to protect your body. So we made the surface finish to let the clear view fencing use long time and avoid rust.
The Clear Vu Fencing has include three kinds of surface finish as bellow:
Galvanized then PVC coated, first surface finish is galvanized material, then we make dipped PVC coated, that can do more colors as your request, but the standard color for clear Vu fencing is black color. Two surface treatments to avoid rust. As for this surface fish, that will be a little cheaper.
Galvanized then Powder coated, the first surface treatment is galvanized, then we make powder coated, that like powder, then use static to let the powder adsorb on the wires or posts, so we called powder coated, this type surface finish come with high strength for the fence panel, the color also can be many choices. And the standard color is black color. Most people like use this type surface treatment, because this type surface finish is cost effective and the surface finish process is more better.
Hot dipped galvanized after welded, this type is the highest quality, hot dipped galvanized after welded make all the wires. So the cost is higher than others, but this is the highest quality.
8. Guarantee of the clear Vu fencing
Why we called the guarantee, that means how long the fence will no rust.
The guarantee is very important for us, if we know the guarantee. So we will know whether that is worth to purchase. And we also can explain to our customers what we can give them.
The guarantee depends on the surface finish. Firstly, standard galvanized then PVC coated can guarantee 5 years no rust, but that also depend on the installation climate. If that is near the sea and the distance from sea under 50km. And that guarantee will be less than 5 years. If we use high quality galvanized then PVC coated, that will be 8~10 years no rust, and if that is near the sea and the distance under 50km, that will be guarantee 8 years.
Secondly, that will be galvanized then powder coated, this surface finish can guarantee 8~10 years, if that is near the sea under 50km, that will be guarantee less 8 years.
Thirdly, hot dipped galvanized after welded is the highest quality surface finish for clear Vu fencing. And this type clear Vu fencing can guarantee more than 20~25 years. But if you live near the sea and the distance under 50km, still can use more than 10 years. Even this type surface finish is high cost, but that is highest quality with long last time life.
9. Cost of the clear Vu Fence
Normally we will suggest you galvanized then PVC coated, that is the most economy type.
So you also can choose galvanized then powder coated. As my experience, most of our customer will choose the galvanized then powder coated. Because this type is economy with high strength. And looks more beautiful.
We also recommend the hot dipped galvanized after welded. If you live near the sea, you will fee more helpful.
10. Security of the clear Vu fence
Clear Vu fence come with small aperture 76.2mm x 12.7mm with anti-theft stainless steel bolts and nuts. So that is high security, no one can cut, no one can climb this type fence. If you add the spikes on the top, that will be add more security, double security.
We also can install the barbed wire and concertina razor wire on the clear Vu fence top.
Barbed wire is also the barb wire, we use the low carbon steel wire to make the strands barbed wire. So normally is 200m one roll, or we do 500m one roll.
